Do you know what your USPs REALLY are?

I’m finding that this health crisis is revealing new and interesting traits about MintTwist that are making me re-evaluate what are most important USPs really are.

Before the crisis I would have said our USPs were digital excellence, transparency and knowledge transfer …

… These are all true traits; however I’m seeing that in the current environment, our ‘values’ (friendship, trust and mutual-support) are coming to the fore as the most important ‘advantages’ that we’re deploying.
