When I answer, I have to stop to think. Because the whole thing happened quite organically.
My co-founder had been suggesting for years that we join-up, but the time was never quite right. One day we just decided to take the plunge.
We carried over several clients, combined a (small) amount of savings and secured a small office. We worked initially with an amazing freelance designer Gemma Trebble and shortly after our legendary first full-time MintTwister Lee Baillie, joined - he is still with the company, today, 13-years later!
And that was it, MintTwist was up and running! :)
